Yeah, but how do you do that?
Ironically, the best way to care for, trust in and be who you are is to understand and befriend the part of you that is just like every other human--your neurobiology.
For twenty years I've been answering the question of how it is that your awareness of yourself from the neck down can help you to be better at what you do and be more trustworthy to yourself.
As an embodiment educator, coach and author, I have a knack for mixing theory, practice and empathy to help people find the freedom, connection and confidence to do what brings them most fully alive.
Build a more resilient nervous system so you can offer more empathy, expertise and presence to the people you work with and serve without burning (or selling) yourself out.
Develop the resources to not lose yourself in the forcefields of others (or in your own mind), and learn to make decisions and speak from a visceral sense of your own self worth.
Embrace your unique, whole self by getting a healthy dose of “you’re not alone” (and some self empathy) through illuminating the parts of you that make you like every human.
